1. Objective of the lesson:

2. Intructions for teaching the lesson
Doing ice breaking before starting the lesson. Doing games related to countable and uncountable nouns to increase students' knowledge. Discuss answers to games that have been played.
3. Stages and Timings:
Introduction (10 mins)
Introduce the topic to students about what are countable and uncountable nouns in English. Tell students examples of what objects are included in countable nouns and uncountable nouns. Then give examples of simple sentences that include countable and uncountable nouns

Countable and Uncountable Nouns
Countable Nouns
Nouns (nouns in English) are elements in English in the form of people, objects, places, plants, animals, ideas or ideas. Usually the noun is used after the verb (verb). Noun itself is divided into several types, namely: (Concrete Noun and Abstract Noun), (Proper Noun and Common Noun), (Countable and Uncountable). What are Countable Nouns? Countable nouns are nouns that can be counted directly, for example one apple, two apples and so on. Countable nouns can also use the article a or an and can also be made plural and can be counted as person, box, coin, animal, bottle, table, cup, plate, chair, bag, cat, dog, glass, book, man, baby house , and others.
Example of sentences:
1. Rina has two pencils in her bag. ( Rina mempunyai dua pensil di dalam tasnya)
2. Rian buying a book ( Rian membeli sebuah buku)
3. There are a man in the class (Ada seorang laki-laki di dalam kelas)
4. I have two brothers, Santo and Sony. ( Aku punya dua saudara, Santo dan Sony)
5. I have some chairs. (Aku punya beberapa kursi)
Uncountable Nouns
Uncountable nouns or also called mass nouns are nouns that cannot be counted. Uncountable nouns can also be remembered as nouns that have only one form. An example is water. The word cannot be said to be a water or two water, but can be used by inserting other nouns, for example a glass of water. Examples of uncountable nouns are rice, love, sugar, assistance, cheese, coffee, money, tea, music, art, sand, water, and others. In addition, in uncountable nouns there are also nouns that refer to abstract ideas and emotions such as fun, advice, knowledge, love, happiness.
Example Sentences of Uncountable Noun:
1. I put butter on my pancakes. ( aku menaruh mentega diatas pancakesku)
2. She buy a bottle of water ( Dia membeli sebotol air)
3. You can touch the sand ( kamu bisa menyentuh pasir )
4. Please put a spoon of sugar ( Silakan masukan sesendok gula)
5. Put little of salt ( Masukan sedikit garam )
